Dover Heights clifftop home with views of passing whales has $9m price guide

The owners of this Dover Heights clifftop mansion, builder Ron Nothman and retired Westpac banker Lesley Armstrong, reckon they have the biggest deck on the coast between Watsons Bay and Wollongong.

“The views; the whales are just spectacular — and no-one knows we’re here,” says Armstrong during my exclusive tour last Friday.

The couple especially love the peace and quiet the 708sqm battle-axe block provides, which also comes with a sunfilled “secret garden”.

“I feel like I am in a totally natural hideaway from the rest of Sydney,” Nothman said.
