Gumnut Pattiserie in the Southern Highlands has taken out the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW’s most prestigious Wine, Dairy and Fine Food Award.
Last night the business won the 14th Annual President’s Medal after beating more than 5000 other entrants and 90 Sydney Royal Champions.
The aim of the medal is to look beyond a product and delve into the social, economic and environmental impact of a business and its long- term sustainability.
Gumnut Owner Tracey Nickl says he’s incredibly proud of everything they’ve achieved over the years and his wonderful team.
