Sydney Airport chief Geoff Culbert sells Paddington terrace for record price

Sydney Airport chief Geoff Culbert and his wife Emma Ward have sold their Paddington terrace for a record price.

Listed with $11 million plus hopes, the Underwood Street terrace is understood to have fetched $12 million.

It’s four bedrooms, two bathrooms on a 396sqm block that cost $5.35 million in 2014. There are 253sqm of internal space. It runs through to Caledonia St.
